Quit Smoking - Are You A Quitter Or A Person Who Quits?

In the area of smoking where important change needs to be made, where there is a ton of information outlining exactly what happens to smokers, there are three groups of people.

  • Those who don't want to change.
  • Those who try, and give up, the quitters.
  • And those who commit themselves to change and quit successfully.
I'm not talking to the first group as they probably wouldn't read my article and what they do is their business.

I'm not really talking to the third group because I know you are the people who will commit, then book your quit hypnosis appointment, turn up and be very successful with little fuss.

This article is for group two. Those who want to quit but can't seem to succeed. With each attempt you become more and more frustrated. This causes you to approach the next attempt with even less belief.

Don't give up there is a way. Firstly quitting needs to stop being a should, and become a must. You could vividly imagine every horrible thing that could ever happen to you if you don't quit smoking.

Now you need to associate so much pain with smoking, and do this as if your life depends on it, which strangely enough it does. Really feel the pain, scare yourself!

Next think of all the benefits that you will get when you are a non-smoker and associate so much pleasure with not smoking, seeing your life being longer, healthier, and happier. Really feel the pleasure, deep down.

Now you are getting close. Quitting is now a must, not a should or an option, but a 100% absolute. You now go into the pre-hypnosis information time with a clear objective. With each piece of information learned you become more confident.

Next you do your hypnosis session, you are primed to change easily and quickly. You are committed, and because of this the process will be successful.

Sure you may feel a bit anxious, you are only human, but if you hadn't done this work, if you hadn't turned your should into a must, then your anxiety and fear would have defeated you, just like it did in the past.

So decide that you are worth it, and bite the bullet and fully commit yourself to quitting smoking, book your hypnosis and follow through with the attitude that you will succeed and that failure is not an option.
