Kanhaiya Had Protested Cancelation of License For Afzal Occasion: Registrar

Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union president Kanhaiya Kumar had protested cancelation of authorization for the questionable occasion against hanging of Parliament assault convict Afzal Guru, JNU Registrar Bhupinder Zutshi has asserted.
